1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TropicTrade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Referral Program
The TropicTrade referral program allows registered users to earn "digital dollars" by referring new users. Key terms:
- Digital dollars are a non-cash, non-transferable, non-withdrawable credit system within the Platform.
- Digital dollars cannot be exchanged for real currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of cash equivalent.
- Referral credits are awarded in tiered stages as described on the How It Works page.
- TropicTrade reserves the right to withhold credits if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Maximum 10 referrals credited per user per calendar month.
- Credits expire 60 days from the date of issue.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You may not create multiple accounts to game the referral system.
- You may not use bots, automated scripts, orθε information to generate referrals.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must comply with all applicable Jamaican laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals (referring yourself with multiple accounts)
- Buying or selling referral codes or links
- Spamming referral links in unrelated contexts
- Using referral links in paid advertising without prior written consent
- Any activity that abuses the referral system
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on TropicTrade are the property of 360 SaaS Limited and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
TropicTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 360 SaaS Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the referral program.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
