How the Referral Program Works
The TropicTrade referral program rewards you for inviting your friends to join the marketplace. When a friend signs up using your unique referral link, both of you earn Jamaican digital dollars.
🧾 Tiered Rewards
You earn digital dollars in stages as your referred friend completes each step:

Anti-abuse measures: Maximum 10 referrals credited per month. Duplicate phone numbers are rejected. Your friend must list their first product within 30 days or remaining credits expire.
💰 How to Use Digital Dollars
Your digital dollars can be spent on the platform. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.

After claiming your referral code, you'll get a unique link. Share it via:

- Your wishlist — Share your wishlist link so friends know exactly what you want.
⏰ Credit Expiry
- Digital dollars expire 60 days from the date they are earned.
- You'll receive email reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
- Unused credits are reclaimed after 60 days.
- Use them or lose them!
